My second visit includes a $250.00 detailed drawing of your project combining client and professional input.  The drawing includes: design and cabinet features such as architectural embellishment; door and drawer front styles; hardware; drawer components; finish and other details.  You will see exactly what can soon be an essential, pleasing and practical addition to your living spaces.

It is highly recommended that all family members having input into the design be present for the second visit, as each additional visit to discuss the initial design phase will include a $75.00 fee.

When you have approved your design and have signed the proposal / contract, your $250.00 consultation fee is included in the total project price.  Any changes/alterations made by the customer after the contract is signed will result in additional costs.

35% of the total price is required for a down payment at the signing of the contract.

All project drawings are the property of the contractor until a final contract is signed.
